This is the mandate.
This page is the official mandate of AGG-X. It defines the boundaries and the posture of the platform. If AGG-X ever violates this mandate, it has failed its purpose.

The OTR aggregate market has been treated like an afterthought for too long. Long-haul aggregate isn’t general freight — and the people moving it shouldn’t have to fight through noise, middlemen, and high-dollar platforms just to see legitimate opportunities.
AGG-X exists to correct that. Not by adding complexity. Not by inserting ourselves into deals. And not by pretending every lane, trailer, and commodity is the same — because they aren’t. AGG-X exists to maintain a direct, focused environment where aggregate shippers and carriers can find each other without interference.
Most platforms optimize for volume.
We optimize for relevance.
Most platforms monetize access. We refuse to gate opportunity behind inflated pricing. Most platforms insert themselves between parties. We deliberately step out of the way.
We are not here to broker freight. We are not here to negotiate rates. We are not here to dispatch carriers or control outcomes. Shippers and carriers connect directly. Agreements are made directly. Responsibility stays where it belongs. That is not a feature — it is the foundation.
AGG-X operates under a mandate because without boundaries, platforms drift. Noise creeps in. Irrelevant freight piles up. Middlemen reappear. And the people doing the work lose leverage. So we enforce scope: Aggregates only. OTR only. Dump trailers and heavy haul only. Not because exclusion is fashionable — but because focus is necessary. A tool that tries to serve everyone eventually serves no one well.
Access to work should not require permission from rent-seekers. We reject the idea that carriers should pay high monthly fees simply to see legitimate opportunities. We reject bloated dashboards nobody asked for. We reject complexity disguised as innovation. AGG-X is built to be usable in the field — quickly, clearly, without ceremony. If it slows you down, it doesn’t belong here.
This platform is being built in the open, on purpose. Early users help shape what survives. Feedback determines what stays, what changes, and what gets removed. Real-world use matters more than theory. If feedback stops, development stops.
AGG-X is not trying to be everything. It exists to do one thing correctly: maintain a clean, direct, usable crossroads for OTR aggregate hauling.
Non-negotiables
These are hard lines. If AGG-X crosses them, it stops being AGG-X.
We are not a freight broker. We do not arrange transportation, negotiate rates, or take control of the deal.
We are not a dispatcher. We do not assign trucks, manage drivers, or operate your business.
We are not a rate authority. We do not set pricing. We do not “approve” rates. We do not interfere.
We are not general freight. This platform is intentionally narrow by design.
We are not responsible for your compliance. Vetting, insurance, permits, documentation, and execution remain with the parties involved.
AGG-X is a posting and communication platform. Shippers and carriers connect and contract directly. We provide tools only.
The mandate is simple: keep it tight, keep it direct, keep it fair. If it turns into a tollbooth, we did it wrong.
